1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of a product. This includes devices that are faulty upon arrival (DOA) or possess significant manufacturing defects.

2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims

Disposable vapes are consumable, single-use items. To ensure the integrity of your claim, please adhere to the following:

  • Reporting Window: Any faulty or dead devices must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
  • Mandatory Evidence: A clear unboxing video demonstrating the fault (e.g., the indicator light not activating upon draw) is required. We cannot process claims without visual proof of the defect.
  • Resolution: Once the manufacturing fault is verified, we will issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items & Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we DO NOT offer returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Opened Products: Any item where the original factory seal or packaging has been broken or tampered with.
  • Flavour Preference: Taste is subjective. We do not offer refunds if you do not like the flavour or if the “throat hit” is not as expected.
  • Puff Count: Stated puff counts are manufacturer estimates based on short draws. Actual usage varies depending on individual vaping habits; therefore, puff count discrepancies are not considered a defect.
  • Accidental Damage: Devices damaged by dropping, water exposure, or improper storage are not covered.

4. Final Sale Policy

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for “Change of Mind” or if you have accidentally ordered the wrong flavour or strength. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Battery Disposal

In compliance with Australian environmental guidelines, please do not dispose of used disposable vapes in your household bin. We encourage you to take your used devices to a local e-waste recycling centre for safe battery disposal.
